Standard suite rentals cover all utilities, Wi-Fi, a styling chair, and a wash basin. Most facilities also offer access to shared amenities such as breakrooms, client waiting areas, and free laundry machines.What licenses do I need to operate a salon suite?
You'll need a valid professional license from your state board, such as cosmetology, esthetics, or nail tech certification. Additionally, you must obtain a salon or booth renter license for your suite, a local business license from your city, and a tax registration ID.What are the typical lease terms and lengths?
The most common rental term is a one-year lease.Am I allowed to decorate and customize my suite?
Yes, we encourage you to personalize your space. You can paint walls, hang artwork, add retail shelving, and select your own lighting fixtures. Please note that you must return the suite to its original condition at the end of your lease to receive your security deposit back.How do I handle product sales and backbar supplies?
You're fully responsible for purchasing your own backbar products and retail inventory. A key benefit of renting a suite is that you retain 100% of your retail profits. Unlike traditional salons that limit you to specific brands, you can sell any product line you prefer.What are the building access hours for renters?

The suite facility doesn't provide receptionist services or client booking management.
